Rick Adams, P. Eng holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mining Engineering) degree and an MBA from Queens University. Rick is a professional engineer with hands-on experience in all aspects of the mining industry, at all levels having worked in several mines throughout Canada, and South Africa. Rick has been employed by or consulted to most of the world's largest resource companies including AngloGold, Barrick, Placer Dome, Xstrata, Cambior, Inco, Falconbridge, TeckCominco, Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, De Beer's, Rio Tinto and Syncrude.

Chris Berlet, CFA

Director

Chris Berlet has been President and CEO of NWM Mining Corporation (TSX-V: NWM) since May 2007 and prior thereto was an investor relations officer of the Corporation from May 2004 and the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Corporation in 2006. Mr. Berlet is a graduate of Mining Engineering from Queen's University and holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also a certified financial analyst charter holder. Mr. Berlet has experience in both the finance and the mineral industries. He spent three years in London, England working in the capital markets group of Banque Paribas. He has worked in underground gold and copper mines in both Canada and Australia, and in open pit coal and nickel mines in Canada and Australia.

Borys Chabursky

Director

Borys Chabursky is the President and Founder of SHI Consulting since 1990. He specializes in strategic planning, capital sourcing and business development. Mr. Chabursky has also provided interim management for seven start-up companies and angel financing for eighteen new start-up ventures in the life science, service and entertainment sectors.

Chris Frostad BBA, CA

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris Frostad is also the President and CEO of Purepoint Uranium Group Inc., a TSX-V listed company that he founded in 2004. Prior to Purepoint, Mr. Frostad worked for one of Canada's leading venture capital funds where he acted as the CEO of numerous portfolio companies focusing on a variety of responsibilities, including mergers and acquisitions, sales strategy, product development and marketing.

Throughout his career, Mr. Frostad has been instrumental in the development and building of a variety of high growth, early stage, public and private companies. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells where he received his chartered accounting designation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours, from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Darren Koningen, P.Eng

Director & Vice President Technical Services

Mr. Darren Koningen is a professional engineer (metallurgy) with 20 years of international mining experience and as Vice President, Project Development will be managing the work necessary to complete the pre-feasibility study on Virgin's Los Verdes project. Mr. Koningen is currently an independent metallurgical consultant, managing process development projects, test work and metallurgical studies on behalf of clients.

He currently acts as Vice President, Technical Services at Gowest Amalgamated Resources Ltd. and most recently, was Vice President of Project Development, and before that, VP-Operations and VP-Engineering for Castle Gold Corp. Before joining Castle Gold, Mr. Koningen was employed as a Senior Process Engineer (mining and metallurgy) with Kvaerner Engineering. Mr. Koningen's broad international experience in metallurgy process design and operations has allowed him to make significant contributions to bringing two operating and profitable gold mines into production in the past 5 years. Mr. Koningen obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science, Mineral Process Engineering from Queens University in 1990.
